About the Owner – Miranda Cormier
Miranda Cormier is the founder and principal consultant of Cormier Consulting SVCS LLC, a proudly family-owned consulting business rooted in Shenandoah, Texas. Driven by an insatiable curiosity and a passion for helping others, Miranda built her firm after realizing that no single role in the industry would allow her to leverage her full range of talents: technology, insurance claims consulting, analytics, accounting, forensic investigation, cybersecurity, AI Engineering, and hands-on business leadership.
With over 30 years of professional experience, Miranda’s career has spanned construction, auditing, forensic accounting, insurance adjusting, IT consulting, digital forensic investigation, project management, AI consulting and engineering, computer programming, and data science. She is a Licensed Public Adjuster (serving Texas and all states with reciprocity), a Level 3 Xactimate Master, and a Summa Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity and a minor in Computer Programming, along with a Master's Degree in Data Science & AI Engineering/Optimization to stay at the forefront of technology.
Before launching her own business, Miranda honed her skills in various roles, including office and operations director for construction and restoration firms, IT specialist, forensic accountant, digital forensic investigator, and benefits service coordinator for major healthcare programs. Throughout her journey, she has remained passionate about solving tough problems, optimizing workflow, and delivering transparent, ethical results for clients.
A lifelong learner and proud mother of four sons, Miranda created Cormier Consulting SVCS LLC as a way to bring her family into the business and to fill a unique gap in the market: one consultancy that combines technical mastery, insurance claims consulting expertise, and the heart of a family business. She believes every client deserves personalized service, clear communication, and results that last.

Miranda’s dedication to lifelong learning and innovation is reflected in her family as well. Her oldest son Gabriel, age 27, has joined her in the family-owned consulting business, bringing fresh energy and insight to the team. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Networking and Network Optimization, with a keen interest in cloud infrastructure, network security, and emerging digital technologies. He is an experienced auto mechanic and has experience in computer programming/writing code. His drive to master advanced networking solutions further strengthens the firm’s technical capabilities, ensuring Cormier Consulting SVCS LLC continues to offer clients the most current and comprehensive support in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Ryan -
Miranda’s husband of 25 years is an integral part of her support system and the family business spirit. A retired Army Staff Sergeant (SSG), he brings over two decades of expertise in logistics, purchasing, and project and schedule management. His military background instilled a commitment to discipline, teamwork, and strategic planning, which complements the consulting firm’s values of reliability and efficiency. Whether advising on operations or lending his sharp organizational skills, he is a steady force behind Cormier Consulting SVCS LLC’s success in insurance claims consulting.

Miranda’s 17-year-old son is already proving himself as an invaluable asset to the family-owned consulting business. With hands-on experience in mitigation, remediation, remodeling, construction, programming, and customer service, he has developed an impressive range of skills at a young age. As the company’s Customer and Carrier Relationship Coordinator and a true jack of all trades, he bridges the gap between clients, insurance carriers, and the project team, ensuring clear communication and smooth processes. His adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to service embody the next generation of leadership at Cormier Consulting SVCS LLC.

Miranda’s 29-year-old “adopted” oldest son brings a unique skill set to the Cormier Consulting SVCS LLC family. With a professional background in security and armed protection, he offers specialized security and protection services when needed, ensuring client safety and peace of mind. Owani is also pursuing his interests in home inspections, claims adjusting, and claim appraisals, expanding the firm’s capabilities in insurance claims consulting. Renowned for his exceptional customer service, reliability, and integrity, Owani is a trusted presence both in the field and with every client he meets, further enhancing the family-owned consulting firm.
